In order to carry out these duties, there are various creative cooking skills that will be required by a pastry chef and a few amongst them would be the ability to pay attention to small details, endurance and creativity in terms of culinary ability. While becoming a pastry chef is all about experience, the best place to begin would ideally be a pastry chef school.

There are many matters to look at when Choosing a suited pastry chef school and perhaps the best place to begin is by visiting the school and discovering how the classes are conducted and developing an idea of how much practical work goes into learning. Another thing you need to look at is the qualifications and experience of the teachers and lecturers; this is important, as they will be the people whose knowledge will be imparted to you.
It is also a good idea to find out what the curriculum is in each of the culinary arts schools you are considering- this will allow you to close your choices to determine that you will be learning matters that you are actually involved in. The next criteria should perhaps be the number of graduates or past students who have found jobs and are doing well, although this also depends on personal motivation and interest, it could still give you an idea of the success rate of the pastry chef school. It is also important to check that the pastry chef school is an accredited one.
Pastry chef school requires a lot of strength, determination and hard work to get through, but it is a well known fact that pastry chefs are very well paid and if you do get bored of working for someone else, you ve always got the option of opening your very own bakery!

Leaky gut syndrome is a condition where damage is caused in the intestinal lining. This condition will lead to increased permeability of the intestinal wall, which makes it too weak to protect and filter the needed nutrients and other biological substances. This decreases the stomach acid which is needed to break the toxins and other substances in the body.
Increases permeability allows foreign bodies like microbes, undigested food, waste and toxins to enter the blood stream which triggers symptoms like abdominal bloating, cramping, fatigue, food sensitivities, joint pain, skin rashes and autoimmunity. The other symptoms of a leaky gut syndrome includes Candidiasis or excess yeast, skin rashes, impaired immune function, sudden allergies to food or other environmental factors, excess gas, heartburn, indigestion, moodiness and irritability, poor concentration, diarrhea or constipation, fatigue and headaches.
Other than Aloe Vera, Apple cider Vinegar is also used to cure leaky gut syndrome. The apple cider vinegar contains stomach enhancing enzymes which helps in healing the intestinal walls and boosts low stomach acid levels. The apple cider vinegar resembles the PH level of stomach acid and this helps the food particles to be broken down and facilitated minerals and nutrients to be absorbed by the body.
However one must ensure only the purest form of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar be used. Pure apple cider vinegar contains a substance which is called mother. It is the rich source of vitamins. The recommended dosage of the vinegar is 2 table spoon of vinegar in one cup water and 1 table spoon honey for taste thrice every day. One must remember to dilute the apple cider vinegar before consuming as it can result as chemical burns to the throat and digestive tract.

Peter R Stewart asked: Mention a French Riviera Hotel, La Provence, and one immediately thinks of places like Cannes, St Tropez, Antibes, where the beautiful people go to see and be seen. Not many people outside France know anything much about a place called Porquerolles Island in the Mediterranean off the French Coast near Hyeres.
They know even less about a gem of a place called Le Mas du Langoustier the most isolated and sublimely situated luxury hotel in the whole of the south of France. On an island free of cars, if you arrive by car you will need to leave it at the ferry port of La Tour Fondue before the short journey to Porquerolles Island, where you will be met by the hotel’s shuttle bus.
Le Mas du Langoustier is situated on the western part of the island, and has a huge reputation for its food. It is a real romantic hideaway, hidden between pines and eucalyptus with panoramic views of the turquoise Mediterranean and the beach below.
The hotel has fifty luxurious rooms which are beautifully appointed, and in fact the whole place is like a private residence furnished with antiques and Objet d’Art.
There are 45 standard or superior rooms, with some of the larger superior rooms having a balcony but none of the rooms has a sea view. There also four apartments each with two bedrooms which are ideal for families. Every bedroom has an ensuite marble bathroom, minibar, satellite television, air conditioning and a safe deposit box, and because of the way the hotel is furnished it does have a nineteen thirties feel to it.
Le Mas du Langoustier has the reputation as one of the very top French Riviera Hotels for the food served in its one Michelin Star Gourmet restaurant.
The hotel has great terraces, a good swimming pool, and two wonderful beaches on either side called La Plage Blanche and La Plage Noire to lie around on. You can be as active during the day as you like either walking, canoing, or biking because Porquerolles Island is just lovely, not busy if you avoid August.
Because of the isolation of this particular French Riviera Hotel, this governs your activities which will allow you to unwind very quickly.
There are miles of tracks to explore, returning to the hotel hungry and ready to enjoy the fabulous cuisine already mentioned. There are two tennis courts, table tennis, petanque and you can explore the islands by taxi boat, or enjoy water sports.
One piece of advice is to stick to the daily menu, which is remarkable enough in itself, without needing to punish your wallet by hitting the a la carte. You will be booked in on a half board basis anyway.
Sitting on the restaurant terrace enjoying the Catch of the Day it is hard to believe that you are only just off the coast of France, because you could be miles from anywhere.
This is a hotel for the escapee, a real romantic hideaway, and although technically a Provence Hotel, it has so little in common with the classical French Riviera Hotel, because it all seems so very far away because of the delightful car free island of Porquerolles.

Waterside villages, as well as intense flora and fauna open up to reveal rolling hills, scrumptious vineyards, orchards and awe-inspiring ancient cities. Not only is the nature and history of the Canal du Midi a delight to explore, but the architecture and craftsmanship of the canal is also a sight to see with its impressive locks, aqueducts and bridges.
