I’m having a problem reading and pronouncing the French Culinary Terms.
Do you know a website where I can find Phonetics for these French Culinary Terminologies?

I’ve taken a few years of French, so it comes fairly easily for me, which doesn’t help you.
But, for your primary question:
“Ah Lay-Too-Fay” or as you will see it on most menus, simply “Ay-Too-Fay.” All syllables get equal emphasis. No accented syllables in French except in certain dialects.
You might try WikiPedia.com. They often have pronunciations and even sound!
Drop on by my French Cuisine section of Suite101.com. I often give some pronunciation help on French terms.
BTW-Impressed that you can get all the accent stuff in your question. Yahoo Answers doesn’t make that easy.

There is a really good culinary dictionary that uses phonetic pronunciations. Its called “The Prentice Hall Essentials Dictionary of Culinary Arts” –
by Sarah R. Labensky, Gaye G. Ingram and Steven R. Labensky
Amazon has it. I own a copy and I highly recommend it.

I’ve found YAKiToMe! to be a great site for pronunciation of words in various languages.
