okay, i’m doing a french project for school. i have to make a french dessert (i chose the tarte aux pommes, apple tart).
the recipe i found says to use 75g of butter and 150g of flour. can anyone tell me what those are in american measurements?

You are going to get various answers from people here with different opinions. Your best bet is to google it. I will google it and see what I find. Good luck!
Ok, here is what I found:
75 grams of butter is about 5 1/2 tablespoons
150 grams flour is about a little more than half a cup…I would add half a cup plus 2 tablespoons and you should be fine.
As far as region, my guess is Normandy…Good luck with your project!
