Oui. Many are familiar with the French cuisine, especially 50,000,000 Frenchman (and women, now. So make it 100,000,000). They say they can’t be wrong. But whether they’d be willing to share any salad and crepe recipes? I don’t know. They’re pretty mad at us right now.

I m franco-english, and i would be more than happy to share my french crepe recipe with you
)
For roughly 6 people
500g of flour
)
1 litre of milk (a little trick to make the batter lighter: you can replace a 1/4 of the milk with some light beer
6 beaten eggs
2 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Mix your eggs and flour first then gradually add the milky beer mixture, melted butter and salt.
Your frying pan needs to be very hot and lighly greased before you put the crepe batter in.
Serve sweet simply with some butter and sugar, or sugar and cinnamon powder, also very good with honey and almonds, jam or chocolate spread.
Also fantastic served savoury with some smoked salmon, creme fraiche, chives and lemon.
Bon appetit! Enjoy!
